If you believe your issue is related to a manufacturing defect or an assembly defect, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m an individual operator, and while I take every build seriously, I kindly ask that you allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
For general questions, software troubleshooting, or uncommon issues, I kindly recommend using trusted third-party resources and forums. As a one-person "team", I can’t provide full-scale technical support for every possible scenario.
Assembly Defects
If your system arrives with an assembly issue, I’ll work with you to diagnose and resolve it. Depending on the issue, I may provide direct instructions or third-party visual guides to assist with the safe handling of internal components. Your satisfaction and safety are important, and I’ll do my best to make things right.
Manufacturing Defects
If a hardware component fails due to a manufacturer's defect that wasn’t evident during final testing, I’ll help coordinate the return process. In most cases, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be completed with the component’s manufacturer before any system is shipped back. Please note that shipping fees may apply, depending on the issue and its timing. RMA is subject to the manufacturer's policies, not my own.

Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective within 28 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a shipping and restocking fee due to specialized nature of custom PC builds. Buyer's remorse is not a valid return reason.
